Ceramic bowl uniquely devised for your shaving needs. Nuanced to improve the execution of your shaving brush: perfect width and depth, raised bottom, dimple on the side for resting your shaving brush and ergonomic handling. The GROOM logo adorns the boundary of the bowl.

Whichever your preference - Shaving Cream or Shaving Soap - this bowl will accommodate and complement.

This project was developed with the talented ceramist Hugo Didier; this bowl is 100% Canadian-made.

How to use
Dimensions

Heat the bowl by filling it with warm water. Garnish your Shaving Brush with Shaving Soap or Shaving Cream, discard the water from bowl and build your lather by whisking the brush in circular movements. Your lather is ready when its texture is thick and stands on its own.

Each piece is made individually and dimensions might slightly vary.

Natural boar bristles and a beech handle. The elegant construction of this object is felt at first glance: dense and softwood, with perfectly soft bristles.

A good quality brush is essential to maintaining a healthy-looking beard. For that reason, we went on a search and secured this superb piece, handcrafted in France at a five-generation manufacturer. The beechwood used for the handle is harvested in France following sustainable forest management.

Brushing a beard helps on multiple levels. It gets rid of dead skin, stimulates blood circulation for better growth, untangles hair and enhances its look. Together with our Beard Oil, Beard Balm and Beard Wash, it will be your ultimate kit for beard care.

A luxurious tool crafted using time-honoured techniques. The horsehair bristles are harvested without harming the animals (who benefit from being groomed!)

Horsehair is a perfectly-suited material for shaving. Its consistency - slightly firmer than badger hair - helps massage the skin and prepare it for shaving.

The bristles are not bleached; this is the natural horse hair colour.

This is perfectly paired with the Shaving Bowl, or if you prefer a quicker approach, you’re more than welcome to apply it directly from the Shaving Cream or Shaving Soap and on your face.
